CNC milling, or computer numerical control milling, is a machining process which employs computerized controls and rotating multi-point cutting tools to progressively remove material from the work piece and produce a custom-designed part or product. This process is suitable for machining a wide range of materials, such as metal, plastic, glass, and wood, and producing a variety of custom-designed parts and products.

3-Axis CNC Milling

3-axis machining is one of the most widely used techniques to make mechanical parts. It is a relatively simple process, using conventional machining tools like the milling machine, which allows material to be worked on 3 axes (X,Y and Z).

CNC Turning

A CNC Turning Lathe is a Computer Controlled piece of machinery. It allows basic machining operations such as turning and drilling to be carried out as on a conventional lathe. They are designed to use modern carbide tooling and fully use modern processes.

2-Axis CNC Lathe

CNC Router

CNC router (Or Computer Numerical Control router) is a computer-controlled cutting machine related to the hand held router used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood, composites, aluminium, steel, plastics, and foams.

3-Axis CNC Router

3 axis CNC router machines moving three axis at the same time; the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis. Cutting along the X-axis moves the router bit from left to right, cutting along the Y-axis moves it from front to back, and cutting across the Z-axis moves it up and down.
